Article 4 - Orders

The Customer selects the products, checks the contents of the cart, the total price and the delivery address, then confirms the order and payment. The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent by email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer or suspected fraud.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the products have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customised to the Customer’s specifications, such as a sticker featuring a first name (Article L221-28, 3°, of the French Consumer Code).

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer has 2 years from delivery to take action.
